I’ve always had a ‘thing’ for the Buccaneer – especially with a 12 Squadron O/C in the family!
When I had the opportunities to visit RAF Lossiemouth to see both 12 and 208 Squadrons’ Buccaneers withdrawal from active service, I grabbed them.
I was in a good position to see this beauty on final approach. I felt the image said everything about this fine aircraft – the power, the fine lines, and character – I hope this comes through.
